Five second in your day, try asking yourself

"how am I doing?"

"what am I feeling?"

"what can I hear"

Take a moment to listen to what you can hear.

There is no one to assess your answer, no one to give you comments, it's just you and yourself. You can flush it away. Rip it apart. Leave it there in your mind.


Or you can share it, keep it here, on the anonymous virtual public diary.

You can share your feelings through different expression;

writing, photo, video, drawing, audio etc. It's all up to you.
