This is a platform that tries to create a moment of peace and calmness by asking yourself one question "How am I doing?"
Take a time to listen to your heart, your body, your surrounding.
It aims to bring a sense of presence of your physical body and your mind right where you are now. You don’t have to take extra time, go somewhere, do something, this space is an opportunity for you to stop for one second in your current flow of time and ask yourself.
How can I do this?
Simply ask yourself - “how am I doing?”
Listen, to whatever comes up. There is no one to assess your answer, no one to give you comments, it's just you and yourself.
You can flush it away. Rip it apart. Leave it there in your mind.
Or you can share it, keep it here, on the anonymous virtual public diary. You can share your feelings through different expression; writing, photo, video, drawing, audio etc. It's all up to you.
