What is Urban Acupuncture?

Urban acupuncture is a social design theory that tries to bring a moment of relief in the busy urban environment through small interventions and individual actions to create a better peaceful comfortable living environment.

So why are you doing this?

It is to encourage people to notice what occurs around their surroundings in terms of human dynamics, spatial relationships, natural environment, and social interactions. By creating an opportunity of recognition and pause, it allows people to reflect on their moment in the urban sphere and resurface consciousness of the space they inhabit. This included yourself, your body, and senses as part of the urban ecological landscape and is one part of the entity of an urban.
